Fabio Vieira is an attacking midfielder who plays for Arsenal. He has also made several appearances for his home country, Portugal’s junior teams at the international level.
Vieira joined Porto’s Youth Academy at the age of 8 and made the first team in 2020. He helped Porto win three cups during his time with the Portuguese side.
Arsenal and Porto concluded transfer negotiations on the 17th of June 2022. The agreement saw Vieira join the English side for a fee of £35 million. At Arsenal he currently earns £45,000 per week, which amounts to about £2.3 million per year. Vieira's contract keeps him at the club until 2027.
