Horst Christian Simco was born on January 29, 1982 in Houston, Texas. He went to Langham Creek High School before dropping out a few years later. Despite this, Riff Raff was able to secure a high school diploma by passing the General Equivalency Diploma. After getting his diploma, he attended Hibbing Community College. His time here was also cut short due to dropping out after two years.
During his teenage years, he was a basketball fanatic. However, he stopped playing basketball seriously after dropping out of college and instead decided to pursue rapping. Riff have dated porn star Bella Elise Rose in 2017, got engaged on April 22, 2018. However the pair separated in May 2018.
Riff faced two sexual assault allegations. He was accused of drugging and raping a woman in 2013 after his show in Melbourne. As a result, his scheduled concerts in Australia and New Zealand were cancelled. It was followed by accusations of 17-year-old college student Alyssa Regalbuto. She claimed that Riff invited her on his tour bus and touch her repeatedly.
